Referral Program Terms & Conditions
By joining the Brennan Wright Studio Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate.
Referral Reward: Qualified referrals earn 50% of the referred client's first paid invoice, up to a maximum referral reward of $1,000.
New Clients Only: The referred business must be a new client to Brennan Wright Studio and must not already be an existing client, active lead, or current prospect.
Referral Attribution: The referred client must identify you as their referrer when they first contact Brennan Wright Studio, or the referral must otherwise be reasonably verifiable.
Payment: Referral rewards are paid only after the referred client's qualifying first invoice has been paid in full. Rewards are not paid on unpaid, refunded, canceled, or disputed invoices.
Qualifying Invoice: The reward is calculated from the first paid invoice for photography services, excluding sales tax, reimbursable expenses, and other pass-through costs.
One Reward Per Client: Only one referral reward may be issued for each new client. If multiple people claim the same referral, Brennan Wright Studio will determine the qualifying referral based on the earliest verifiable introduction.
No Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself, your own business, or a business you own, control, or are affiliated with for the purpose of receiving a referral reward.
Program Changes: Brennan Wright Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Any eligible rewards earned before a program change will remain subject to these terms.
Marketing Emails: By joining the program, you agree to receive marketing and referral-program emails from Brennan Wright Studio, including monthly reminders, recent work, studio updates, and referral opportunities. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Fraudulent or Misleading Referrals: Brennan Wright Studio may disqualify referrals that involve fraudulent activity, misleading representations, spam, or other attempts to manipulate the referral program.
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Referral Program Terms and consent to receive marketing emails from Brennan Wright Studio.
